Ingredients of Almond and Goji Berries Bundi Ke Laddu

  • A cup of water
  • Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon
  • Almond-Long Shredding Half Cup (Roasted)
  • Goji berries 3 tablespoons
  • Ghee three quarters spoon
  • To deep fry the oil
  • Sugar and a half cup
  • Water three fourth cup
  • A pinch of saffron

Almonds and Goji Berries are the method of making Bundi Ke Laddu

Just follow the below steps method and make Bundi Ke Laddu:

Step 1
First take sugar, water, and saffron in a pan and let it cook on low heat. Cook until a wire syrup is ready.

Step 2
Mix cardamom powder in gram flour and prepare batter by adding some water.

Step 3
Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed utensil and make Bundi. To make the Bundi, place the potted hole on top of the hot oil and with the help of a spoon, pour the gram flour batter on the lump. This will create a similar shaped Bundi in hot oil.

Step 4
When the Bundi is fried, remove it from the oil and pour it directly into the sugar syrup. After some time take out the Bundi from sugar syrup.

Step 5
Mix the prepared Boondi with long slices of almonds and goji berries and ghee and prepare the round laddus of this mixture by applying ghee on the palm.
